DAY 5&last Day - Monaco
We got up very very early that morning to drive my sister to the airport in Nice. It was very sad that she had to leave. My mom ad I brought her to the check-in point.
After a little breakfast at the airport with my mom we took of to Monaco. It was quite a drive and the more we got close to Monaco the more the streets got smaller and curvier and quite dangerous. Thank god my mom has a small car!
Monaco was just amazing. Very very small, everything is very close together but still so cute. A lot of small boats and some very very big yachts. All in all very beautiful.

I was walking the whole day with my mom. We were yacht spotting and walking up to the Castle trough the Garden.

Monaco is absolutely worth the trip. You need to walk a lot and it's going up and down all the time so take good shoes with you. But it is absolutely amazing.
Late in the afternoon we took back home to Cannes to have dinner at the place we were walking by everyday on our way home. One of the best restaurants in Cannes: La Pizza Cresci.

The next morning we left.

THE HOTEL

I'm still so happy with Airbnbs. I've never been disappointed and also this time it was just wonderful to feel at home in a place where I have never been before. Just love it!
The price was a bit high but thats what you have to pay if you want to wake up to a sea-view.

THE RÉSUMÉ
Cannes, Nice, St.Tropez and Monaco is so worth the trip if you haven't been before. At least for a week of relaxing and just enjoying yourself with drinks and food and good looking people. Those were really great days.

DAY 4 - St. Tropez
Day number four was the last day together. My sister would leave the next day for LA so we had to decide if we wanted to go to St. Tropez or Monaco for our last trip together.
We let my sister decide and she really wanted to go to St. Tropez.
We hung out a the beach in the morning and around lunchtime we made our way to St. Raphael. We bought some food and had lunch at a cute little cafe right next to the pier. around four in the afternoon we got on the boat wich brought us over to St. Tropez.
St. Tropez was muuuuch smaler than I thought! But super duper nice. I fell in love the first second I saw it. We've benn walking around the pier/beach and went up to the Citadelle de Saint Tropez. Unfortunately the Museum was closed because of an event. But the view was great.
On our way back to the boat we were walking by so many street artists presenting their pictures. Breathtaking pictures - really incredible.
In St. Raphael we took back our car and went home. Pasta dinner at home was the perfect ending of the day.

DAY 3 - Nice
My sister spent one week visiting her friend in Nice years ago so she really wanted to go back and see the place again. So on the third day we got up early had a delicious home cooked breakfast and took the short drive to Nice for a day at the beach and for some shopping. Actually nothing special happened that day. We were just walking around and enjoying the sun! The weather was so good to us. Nice is much bigger than Cannes. In Nice they don't have sand at the beach which is quite special but to be honest I like stones much more.
My sister showed us some places she remembered from last time. There was a flea market in a quite secret place wehere we hung out almost two hours searching through all the super cool stuff. Nice has markets all over the place. Especially when the evening breaks in.
Back in Cannes we were so tired from walking all day in the sun that we went strait home to take a relaxing shower. Afterwords it was time for dinner at the Astoux Restaurant Fruit de Mer a Cannes.
After dinner we took a slow walk home to enjoy the sunset. It was breathtaking. Cannes really is beautiful.

16 August, 2015 to 22 August, 2015

I've been to France before with my Family but I've never been at the Cote d'Azure or anywhere at the south-coast. Of course I've heard a lot of Cannes, St. Tropez, Nice and Monaco so I was super excited.
Normally I would go inly a few days, as you know, but in August I wanted to have a real long holiday week with my mom and my sister.

DAY 1&2 - Cannes
To get a really good girls-holiday you need to go by car. Playing your own music, singing in the car and just spending time with your mom and you sister ist fantastic. We had almost eight hours with driving so as we arrived the sun was already down. We met Ben, the guy we rent the apartment from airbnb.
The flat was in a townhouse, little, painted in sorbet-colors and with a balconi with a beautiful sea view. Even if it was quite late we went down to the pier to get some food.
And this is how the first night ended. With a super delicious dinner at the Italian Caffé.

The fist real day startet quite late for us. We slept long and deep. The bed as super comfortable. My mom went breakfast-hunting and after the delicious meal we got ready for the day. My suter had some of the glitter-tattos with her so we had a bit of fun with it.

For the day we had planned to just walk around Cannes and heaving a good time.

After waking a while we passed a couple of restaurants. For dinner we chose the New York. The food was great and the service was great. With a full stomach we went on walking around.
The day was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed myself very much. Cannes is small but it has everything that it needs.  And the beach is breathtaking. And so ended the first day.
