Grazie Mille Milan

27 February, 2015 to 01 March, 2015

DAY 3
The last day in Milan went by so fast. We got up early to see the John Richmond show. The entrance was super crowded. We walked in to the huge Tent, took our seat and only a view minutes later the show started.
It was breathtaking! My first show in Milan.
After John Richmond Cooper and I made our way to the famous Metropol to be outside of the Dolce&Gabbana show. We met Alessandra and Ivan there. The street was full of fashion freaks and photographers. After tho show was over it begun. Model after model and guest after guest left the building and where hunted by the photographers. It really got worse when Karlie Kloss walked out the door.
So the day went by. The rest is history. I packed my things and left.

THE RÉSUMÉ
I fell in love with Milan. The City is beautiful and I had so much fun. The hotel was crap but I loved staying at Alessandras place. It was so kind of her to let me stay. I already booked again for Milan Male Fashion Week in June !
Milano, ti amo ! Grazie Mille !

Milan

DAY 2
We woke up to a sunny warm day. A little Breakfast in a Cafe around the corner and we were ready for the day. My Friend Alessandra helped me with the outfit and i am so proud that she dressed me - i totally fell in love with the red socks!
After getting dressed I met up with Cooper an the Straf Bar. That time she was with the Swiss blogger and photographer Andrea Monica Hug and her friend Jen. We had a delicious Lunch even if the fries were a bit weird.
Jil Sander was next. We head it out to the shows address and stayed there to see the models, guests and fashionistas. Cooper and Andrea where doing pictures for their blog.
We used the sunny day to enjoy the city a bit more. We went shopping and prepared for the party at NOTOX. We had to much in store for the next day that we had to go to bed early but the party still was amazing!

Milan

27 February, 2015 to 01 March, 2015

I've decided to go Milan when I was in Paris. My friends Cooper and Alessandra invited me to come and be with them during women's fashion week in Milan. Of course I didn't wan to miss this! Also have I never been to Milan. When I was working as a model booker, I send so many models down there for jobs and castings, without knowing anything about Milan.

DAY 1
From Zurich it only takes 4 hours to get to Milan, which is perfect for short trips.
I arrived about 10 minutes late at the Milano Centrale.
On my way I wrote with my best friend who was also in Milan that weekend. We set up for lunch, so after I arrived, I bought a ticked and head it over to Moscova where he was waiting for me.
After having a very delicious lunch at the Princi Bakery I made my way to find the hotel.
About the hotel itself there is not much to say. I don't recommend to book a room at the Terminal Hotel Milan. The bed is not comfortable and the walls are super thin - you can hear everything. And also it's in an very creepy part in Milan. Not a good place for a Woman by night.
I set up quickly and then went for a coffee at Alessandras place, which was only a 10 minutes foot walk from my hotel.
The first time I took a look at the Doumo I felt pure happiness. It's incredibly beautiful! It literally took my breath away. I didn't expect that at all.
Walking around the streets on a sunny day in Milan, listening to Maroon 5 was the best.
Later that day I went back to the hotel, to get ready for the evening. The plan: hitting the PunksWearPrada party.
 Una, Adél, Cooper and me
the trio: Cooper, Alessandra and me
I met the lovely Chiara Ferragni that night.
It was an amazing first day in Milan and the party was super much fun! After the first day I knew that Milan was something special - a really beautiful, special and magical place.
Can't wait to tell you more about it...

meanwhile in Zurich

Fashion is a very important part of my live. Whenever I get the chance to participate, I'm in. In January I worked as a dresser at the modesuisse. I have worked several times at this show. It's just amazing to meet the team again and work with the models (some new and some familiar).
The show (episode 7) was at the Kongresshaus Zurich and it was beautiful. The idea of the show is it to present new and also already known Swiss designers like Julian Zigerli.
This time i absolutely fell in love with the enSoie collection:
Working backstage is great. Having a chat with the designers and see how the models get ready with hair and makeup is the best.
Here some moments from backstage:
Selfie with Fallou, Theo and Nicola
Theo, Fallou and Anthony
Photographer Bon, me and blogger Gray Flawless
This one made my day: Anthony, me and Manuel
It's been a long day full of stress, waiting time and fun. I can't wait for the next episode to come.
